Privacy Policy

Mind2Art is run by Mind2art - F.Z.E (Commercial Licence No. 40982, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates). The studio is built to hold almost nothing about you. We run no accounts, we don’t build profiles, and we delete your finished work automatically. This policy explains the little we do collect and why.

Your email address at checkout. We collect it for one reason: to send you your invoice and your pass. We don’t use it to build an account or a marketing list.

Payment details — handled by our provider, not us. Card payments are processed by Network International (N-Genius) inside their PCI-compliant environment. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only a payment reference and status needed to confirm the purchase and support refunds.

Your pass, as a one-way hash. We store only a cryptographic hash of your pass — never the pass itself — so a balance can be redeemed without us being able to reproduce your credential.

Minimal technical logs. Standard server logs (needed to run and secure the service) may briefly include technical data such as IP address. Your pass is never written to a log or put in a URL.

A reference image you upload and the finished renders you generate are stored only long enough to deliver them. Finished renders are made available for 60 minutes and are then automatically and permanently deleted, along with any uploaded reference. We do not keep a gallery of your work and we do not use your prompts or images to train models.

We process your email to perform the contract you entered into when buying renders (delivering your invoice and pass) and to meet tax/record-keeping obligations for the transaction. Payment data is processed to take payment and handle refunds.

We do not sell your data — ever. We share the minimum necessary with the service providers who make the studio work: our payment provider (Network International / N-Genius), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and the AI image-generation provider that produces your renders. Each acts as a processor under contract and only for the purpose of running the service.

Finished renders and uploaded references: deleted automatically after the 60-minute window. Invoice and payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Pass hashes and balances: retained while the pass holds value. We don’t keep more, or longer, than we need.

You can ask what we hold about a purchase, request a copy, or ask us to delete records where we’re not legally required to keep them. Because we run no accounts, please contact us from, or reference, the email used at checkout so we can locate the purchase. Email info@mind2.art.

We use only what’s essential to run the site and complete a purchase. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
