Terms of Service

Mind2Art is operated by Mind2art - F.Z.E, a free-zone company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (Commercial Licence No. 40982). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the studio” mean Mind2art - F.Z.E; “you” means the person buying or redeeming a pass. By buying or redeeming a pass you agree to these terms.

Mind2Art sells prepaid credits, which we call renders. Each render is redeemed to generate a finished image using AI image models from a prompt and, optionally, a reference image you supply. One render delivers one finished piece in multiple aspect ratios, with a commercial licence, packaged as a download.

AI generation is probabilistic: results vary and we can’t guarantee a specific outcome for a given prompt. A render is considered delivered once the finished files are made available for download.

We run no accounts. When you buy renders you receive a pass — a bearer credential that holds your balance. Anyone who has the pass can redeem its renders, so treat it like cash and keep it private. Because we hold no accounts and store only a one-way hash of your pass, we cannot recover or reissue a lost pass.

When a render is delivered, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial licence to the images it produced. You may use, adapt, reproduce and sell those images, including for commercial work, with no attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the images as stock media or as part of a dataset, and you may not use them to train generative models. A licence certificate is included with every delivery.

You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit and for how you use the results. You agree not to use the studio to create unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to generate content depicting real people without their consent. We may decline or halt a render that violates these terms.

Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Network International (N-Genius); your card details are entered and handled within their PCI-compliant environment and are never seen or stored by us.

Volume pricing is based on the lifetime number of renders a pass has purchased, so topping up an existing pass may qualify for a better per-render rate.

Unused, unspent renders are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Renders that have been redeemed or delivered are non-refundable, since the work has been generated and licensed to you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. To request a refund, email us at info@mind2.art with your proof of purchase.

Finished renders are made available to download for 60 minutes, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Download and save your files within that window; once deleted, we cannot recover them. Your remaining balance stays on your pass and is unaffected.

The studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running reliably but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. If a paid render fails to deliver due to a fault on our side, we will re-run it or restore the credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the studio is limited to the amount you paid for the renders in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman Free Zone and the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
